Directions to set as "wallpaper" for your computer.

For Apple Macintosh:
Click on the image you would like to see as your computer's background wallpaper, and allow the image to open in the new window. Once the large image is opened up, click on the image and hold down on your mouse to Download the image to your desktop.
Using your personal computer's CONTROL PANEL, go to APPEARANCE set up to change the image to the new image you have just downloaded! It is that easy.

For PC/Windows Users:
Click on the image you like below, and let load in the new window. Then RIGHT CLICK on the new loaded image and select 'set as wallpaper'. It's as simple as that. When you minimize your open windows it will be on your background as wallpaper."

Friends of the High Line
A non-profit group based in New York City working to help preserve the High Line under the Rails to Trails model.

CSXTransportation
The Railroad that owns the High Line Railroad, thru its predecessor New York Central Lines, although no trains have ran on the line in over 20 years. The line remains intact from the 34th street rail yards in New York City to the Chelsea Meat Market area.

Promenade-Plantee
A working rails to trails park of a similar rail line in Paris France. This is an excellent example of how a rail line in a urban area was converted to increase public park space for all to enjoy.
